- Java server talking to both Oracle and Documentum, an enterprise content manager
- Java web services middle tier, cross-compiled to .NET so we can run Java code in SharePoint

The SaaS Operations team is responsible for our Wingspan data center and cloud solutions infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve a 99.999% up-time for our SaaS infrastructure for all of our clients.
• Contribute to building our private cloud infrastructure that is easy to manage, monitor, and deploy world class solutions into.
• Helping us build an infrastructure that is self-healing and scale-able.
• We operate in a regulated environment so you will have to keep detailed records, update work instructions and contribute to new policies and procedures as needed.
• Collaborate with our Product Management, Software Engineers, and Quality Assurance Groups to make sure they understand the infrastructure, logging, and potential web site injection vulnerabilities.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• 1-3 years of Linux experience
• Software background of writing robust scripts, plugins, etc.
• Experience with network operations for hosted or SaaS offerings.
• Experience with Linux (RedHat, CentOS, Ubuntu, etc..)
• Experience with Network Operations Monitoring tools for Configuration changes, File Integrity, Syslog, etc.
• Understanding of DNS, SSL, Proxy, Load-balancing is a plus.
• Computer Science or Engineering degree and or work experience.

Responsible for providing support for a new testing team focusing on our new products and new iPad Applications, which cater to the pharmaceutical, life sciences and financial industries. Today, our products include enterprise document management applications integrated into several portal environments, and mobile applications.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about QA. We want a person who can use analytical and problem solving skills to contribute to the quality of the product throughout the development lifecycle. Someone with great communication skills, who can work with the team as well as development, product management, and the rest of the organization would be a good fit for this position.

This position has the opportunity to grow in to a QA manager role.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluates and facilitates the development of QA team members, able to mentor existing staff with career development.
• Working with other QA leadership, coordinate all testing tasks within team.
• Provide testing support for multiple software applications.
• Participate in writing and maintaining software test plans for new and existing applications.
• Create and maintain software test cases exercising both positive and negative test paths.
• Make recommendations to improve product functionality, reliability, and quality.
• Make recommendations to improve Quality Assurance processes, practices, and procedures.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Three to five years of experience is preferred.
• Strong QA and testing industry knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding of 21 CFR Part 11 requirements
• In depth software quality assurance experience including proven leadership experience.
• The ability to work to agreed deadlines.
• Experience in automated testing highly desired.
• Excellent team player with the ability to work well with others even during stressful periods.
• Knowledge in testing methodologies and theories, test plan development, test case design, test case execution practices; data collection and root cause analysis techniques, and reporting practices.
• Experience testing user interfaces with some knowledge and exposure to addressing human factor related issues.
